The people of Burnsville do not deserve the financial burden of a new mall project. Shopping centers and malls are a dying industry. The current Burnsville Center Mall should be considered for conversion to a Technical Education Campus so we may build toward a new future.
The following articles demonstrate how repurposing malls into centers for providing technology education has already benefitted other communities.
